With more than 15 years of IT experience, Pete Crino, our systems administrator considers his responsibilities less of a job and more of a passion. Relying on his ability to see the big picture helps us make sure our hardware is exactly what it needs to be to serve our customers.
Often working on-site at our data center, Pete is always on the lookout for ways to improve performance of the LinkTrust affiliate tracking software. Improving performance can be anything from making load times decrease, changing paths for customer traffic to be better balanced or simply making sure we have the latest, most reliable equipment.
Another aspect of Pete’s job is installing the SSL certificates to secure customer’s domains. If you have secured domains with LinkTrust, Pete recommends that you add a reminder to your calendar so you don’t forget send us a CSR and begin the renewal process before they expire.
Our go-to in-house networking problem solver, Pete is invaluable when it comes to untangling any and all printer and file sharing problems.
Pete’s other passions involve “busting out some phat beats on the drums”, riding his motorcycle or escaping to his cabin in the mountains with his family.
