Industry Update: After the June issue of the LinkTrust Wire came out, the nexus tax bill passed in California. Overstock and Amazon almost immediately issued warnings that they would terminate relationships with all affiliates residing in California.
Amazon then filed a referendum in California, effectively asking the people to decide whether or not to overturn the law. Learn more about the referendum and if you can help in the coverage from the Performance Marketing Association.
