Say hello to Nate Richins- LinkTrust unofficial health guru and official VP of Client Services.

What exactly does that mean, “VP of Client Services?”
It means that I get the pleasure to help our clients and to resolve any issues they may encounter while using LinkTrust on a day-to-day basis. I also get to enjoy the relationships that I have with many of our clients, many of whom I have known for years and consider friends. I get the opportunity to learn how our customers are using the LinkTrust platform and the ways that we can improve the platform. To me, time is money and in this environment the faster we can resolve a customers issue the faster they can get back to doing what they do best-make money.
When you started at LinkTrust, what was the hardest thing for you to learn about the system?
I never really felt that LinkTrust was a difficult platform to learn, it was more of learning where everything was in the system. If I had to say one thing, it would be troubleshooting pixels and trying to figure out why the pixels weren’t firing. Now I know there are many reasons why a pixel may not fire but after all my years in Client Services I’ve found that 99.9 percent of the time it is due to the merchant and how they have implemented it in their site.
What is the most common question you get?
The most common questions are a combination of general “How To” system questions and pixel issues customers are having with advertisers.
You love to wakeboard and surf, and you prefer to do so in Costa Rica. What is your favorite thing about wakeboarding and surfing?
I just enjoy being in the sun and on the water, both are physically challenging in their own ways and relaxing at the same time.
Since you live in a land-locked state, I’d bet you spend some time surfing of the more technical kind. Any website you just have to visit on a daily basis?
The only sites I visit on a day-to-day basis are news sites. Boring, I know, but the last thing that I want to do when I leave the office is turn on my computer and lose five more hours of my life to the Internet. I use the Internet as a resource and not a way of entertainment. Occasionally I will watch a couple of YouTube videos but that is about it. I would rather spend time with my wife, kids and my friends.
You’re always drinking protein shakes and trying new healthy recipes. What is the easiest way for you to stay healthy while working at a desk?
Low Carbs. They account for the majority of the calories we consume. I also drink a lot of water to get me out of my chair more frequently
